We can cap or limit the leave accruals for your employees. Allow me to share additional information on how it works.
We can use the calculator icon in the Standard Allowance section to help calculates the leave privileges your employees will have. Besides, you can set a maximum of hours or a limit for your annual leave category. Doing so will allow you to select whether or not hours accrued is a cap.
Here's how to set up your employee's leave accrual:
- Go to the Payroll Settings and choose Leave Categories.
- Scroll down to the Standard Allowance section.
- Click on the calculator icon.
- Choose your desired method of accrual.
- Click on Apply.
