How do I actually get cash into my employees' personal account to pay them via bank transfer during payroll?

Hi there,

 

How do I input my employees' bank details to actually get their cash to them?  I've run payroll, submitted payslips etc, but can't seem to actually send them any cash.

 

Any help very welcome.

You can't do that within QuickBooks, you need to send them their pay via bank transfer

Can we ask which payroll it is you are using in Quickbooks is it Standard payroll or Advanced payroll.
