Hello there, d41derek.

Thank you for sharing the steps you’ve performed to reclaim the NIC contributions. This will guide us on how to handle your concern.

Since it shows that you still owe the amount on the P32, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. One of our specialists will perform in-depth troubleshooting steps to identify the source of the issue. Also, they’ll guide you through the process of how to claim back the employer's National Insurance Contributions (NIC). Then ensure your payroll records are in order.

Here’s how to get the contact details:

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  2. In the What can we help you with section, type a brief description of the issue in the field box. For example, claim the NIC contributions.
  3. Click the Continue button to see the list of support options.
  4. From there, select Callback to speak with an agent or Chat to start a conversation.
