How do i claim employment allowance for a previous year through quickbook payroll?

Welcome to the Community page,
Currently you can not do this via Quickbooks, you can only do claim employment allowance for the current year you are in. The reason why you would not be able to claim in Quickbooks for the previous year is you would not be able to submit a previous year EPS. You would need to speak to /ask HMRC how to claim for it for the previous year. They will advise you can do this through their basic tools, any questions on this just ask we'd be happy to help!
