How do I correct a last payslip/P45 for an employee who after being paid then didn't turn up for shifts that she was paid for?

I'd probably say speak to your accountant regarding this, as there's an element of lost funds here to your business.

Again, without an accountant's advice, i'm hesitant to say "rollback and put the correct wages on", as she's actually been paid the overpayment amount in real life too?
