i cannot sync the pension due to the extra details on the pay slip

Hi Userjohn-eary, We are not able to connect to your account to see this you will need to ring the helpline on 0808 234 5337 and then you will be able to set up a screen share with the agent on the phone and they can have a more detailed look at what is going on for you. The line is open mon to fri 8-7. Without knowing what the old data that is showing on the pay slip is it makes it difficult for us in the Community to guide you on how to remove it, however once the screen share is opened the customer support team will be able to point you in the right direction.
