How do i do the upgrade from paysuite we currantly do not use it as are accountant has been doing the wages for 2 years so i have back up all yhe old files from paysuite

Our QuickBooks support can help you with the PaySuite upgrade, I recommend reaching out to them. They can pull up your account and guide you through the process.

Here's how:

1. Click the Help icon.
2. Select Contact us.
3. Enter PaySuite, then click Let's talk.
4. Select from Start messaging or Get a callback.

Note that our support hours has changed to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday. This is due to limited staffing and COVID-19.
