How do i enter a salaried employee so it shows on the pay run on advanced pay roll?

I've got the steps on how to set up a salaried employee, accounts270.

 

Just a heads up, the default hours per week is 37.5 hours.

 

Please follow the steps on how to set it up:

 

  1. Select Employees, and then click Add an employee.
  2. Enter their Legal first name and Legal last name.
  3. Click Add my employee.
  4. Enter their Basic info, and then Save and next.
  5. Select their starting date.
  6. In the Their pay type field, select Salary.
  7. Enter Their pay rate for a year.
  8. Fill out the information if you've already paid these employees since this year.
  9. Click Save and next.
  10. Continue with the on-screen instructions to successfully set up your employee.
