Thank you for the guide and information. The. 'manage users' option does not appear in my settings and so does this mean I need a different subscription?
Hello deborahj-spooner, We've checked and you do have the option for 3 main users and 2 accountant users in the package you have. It may be a visual error can you try on the private window and if it does the same thing send us a screenshot of what options you see in the settings cog in QB on a browser version?Thanks
