Question

How do I make adjustments in payroll for staff that only work 38 weeks a year but are paid pro-rata? Also the rest of the team only work 50 weeks a year

Do I need to make their hours salaried and not hourly on the system - will that help

Hello Emma-meadowbrook, thanks for posting on the Community page, in order to help answer your question, can we ask which payroll it is you are using in your account, is it our advanced payroll or our standard payroll?

I believe that it might be your standard version as I have the subscription through my accountants. 

If the advance gives me better access for a novice like myself then I`m happy to upgrade
