How do I record a redundancy payment through QB Online Payroll without tax or NI being applied to the payment?

I've created a Payment type and called it "Redundancy" but every time I try to apply the redundancy payment when running payroll, it is deducting tax and NI (the payment is much less than the £30,000 tax free amount). Thanks in advance

In order to help answer your question and get it resolved, can we ask you which payroll it is you are using in your QuickBooks account is it our Standard payroll or our Advanced payroll?
