I hope you're doing fine today, @aliya1.

I've got some information to share on how you can generate a P60 for your employee.

If you're referring to pulling up the P60 of your employee for 2019-2020, the report will appear once you have approved and advanced from Period 12 into the new tax year. Generating them will depend on the payroll subscription that you're using.

Generating them will depend on the payroll subscription that you're using. For Standard Payroll customers, you can download them once you have ran your final payroll. You may also retrieve them individually from the employee's Document's page.

However, if you're using Advanced Payroll. you can go to Employees, then Reports after the tax year has been completed.

On the other hand, know that employees who have left during the tax year will receive a P45 instead of a P60.

If you need more information on P60s, please visit the  gov.uk  website.

Let me know if you need more help with this matter or if you have any other questions. I'll make sure you're all set. Have a great day!
