Question

How do I stop Advanced Payroll suite from calculating Employer's NI when I have ticked the box to claim Employer's NI Relief?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So it will Calculate Employers NI, if you look at the P32 report it will show the employer's relief being added. The P32 will show the employers Ni being accounted for/added and then minused off in the employers all column.
