How do I view last years Payroll since payroll updated. It shows me 20/21 P11 but not 19/20?

I’d be more than happy to walk you through the steps in viewing your last year's payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Type in and select Annual Payroll Summary from the search bar.
3. Select 2019-2020 from the Select date range drop-down menu.
4. Click the Download Report link of your preferred employee to view their payroll summary for that year.
