HOW DO YOU DELETE A SUPPLIER FILE?

Thank you for getting in touch with QuickBooks Community. Let me share some knowledge about how to delete a supplier file.

If you're referring to a supplier profile, deleting is unavailable. What you can do is inactivate them for now. I'll show you how:

1. Select Vendors from the Expenses menu.
2. You should choose the name of your supplier.
3. Click 'Edit.
4. Choose Make Inactive, then select Yes.

However, if you'd like to remove the files attached to your supplier.

Once that's done, you can add an employee to your team. I'll show you how it works.

1. Go to the Payroll menu and select Employees.

2. Click on the Add an Employee button.
