How poor the answers are....

It shouldn't, but it always amazes me how rubbish the answers are to my questions. It's almost like responders have an answer to a question that they want to share but it isn't the answer to the question you posed. In this respect SAGE support is infinitely better than Quickbooks support.
I also believe that responders on here just want to NOT have a question unanswered because it messes up their stats so they post an answer which may or may not answer your question.

I searched the community for similar questions to mine before I posted my question and there were answers to all the similar questions BUT not one of them answered the actual question asked.
It's a shame because I love the quickbooks accounts function and the payroll is also good as long as you have a payroll that hardly ever varies from month to month.

I'll also feel the same if I didn't get the answer to my question. I'll be sure to take note of your feedback.
