How to make a back payment for wages? Need to change the date.

You can delete and recreate the payment to modify the date for wages in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

1. Go to Employees on the left menu.
2. Choose Payroll.
3. Select the paycheck.
   
4. From the Actions drop-down, click Delete payroll.
