How to remove and employee and make sure HRMC are informed
I have 2 employees on Quickbooks payroll. I want to take them both off with immediate effect before the next payroll run and then I want to close the payroll function altogether. They are already fully paid up and are owed nothing.
I can see I can mark them as leavers and put their leave date in (31/3/22) but then, how do I inform HMRC because I think I need to give them a Final Payment Submission (or something?)
