Question

I am on the flat rate scheme. When I try to enter my flat rate of 16.5 percent it will not allow me to. It appears not to like the decimal point? Any ideas?

Hello Sjdavis911-yaho, Welcome, and thanks for posting on the Community page, it should allow you to enter in the flat rate amount as 16.5 percent and save it. Where exactly are you trying to enter the amount? Is it in taxes>vat>edit vat>edit settings > box with the percentage in is it there you're trying to enter it in or somewhere else?

Hi. All sorted. I was doing it in the correct place - it’s just that you can’t see the .5 as the window is too small. When you use the cursor to move right, it then appears.

A slight design fault on the size of the small box.
