I am operating online standard payroll but being charged for advanced payroll. Why is this so? Also Intuit has a payroll software error. When will it be fixed?

We will need to raise the billing issue with our tier 2 team in order to investigate and resolve this issue.You will receive an email shortly,we just need you to action the request in the email for access and we will escalate this and contact you via email as soon as this is resolved.If any amounts need to be refunded we will action this also when this is resolved
