I am reviewing my P60's and they do not agree to wage slips. The P11 sheets do not agree to salary

I am running my year end payroll. On checking the P60's they don't agree with the final salary slips.  I have traced this back and the P11 sheets column 2 are out on a monthly basis compared to the monthly salary payslips.

Can you suggest why this may be, help please?

Thanks for the reply, @avin

Since the salary slips and YTD figures didn't agree, this may have something to do with the payroll item created. Since we can't access your account and view the setup in a public forum, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support to check this further.

They can access your account and provide a fix once they verify the root cause. You can check this link on how to contact them: QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.

Hi avin

Which payroll system are you using? Are all the employees P60's incorrect?

Good afternoon

The P60's and the P11 working sheets agree. But the final salary slips for each employee does not agree the the YTD figure.  Although the Tax and NI agrees with the P60's.

On checking further column 2 of the P11 working sheet does not agree to the monthly salary figure on the wage slip.  Column 3 of the P11'd agrees with the P60's, but does not agree to the YTD figure on the wage slip.

Not sure why this is?

Regards

Alison
