I am trying to subscribe to standard payroll. But when I select my plan. It just says. Try select a plan and try again.

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online Payroll. You'll encounter this error if there's a problem with your browser. Let me help you.

 

I suggest you use a private window and subscribe from there. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error.

 

These are some of the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P  

 

Also, it's best to clear the cache and make sure you're using a supported and updated browser to help fix any browser-related issues.
