I am unable to add my pay schedule for the current tax year as the system says I have confirmed payrolls for previous year. I have done final pay and its complete.

The option to add a pay schedule should be available.

 

I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payroll support so they can check your account. 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter unable to add pay schedule, then select Let's talk.
