Hello there, @bframmo-hotmail-. I'm here to share some details to help recognise emails from Intuit.

When you suspect that the email you receive about your QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a scam, I recommend checking our security notices to see info about the suspicious emails reported by other users.

Then, below are the few things you need to keep in mind to ensure the email you receive came from Intuit:

  • We’ll never ask for your personal info in an email.
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com. This includes @e.intuit.com.
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.

To help you keep your information safe, visit our online security tips.

If verified that you received a phishing email targeting the Intuit brand, please go to the Intuit Online Security Centre and choose Go to security notices for further details. In case you don't find the same email, simply select Report a suspicious email to file a report.

For more info, please check this article: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

If you need to check your QBO account subscription status, feel free to use this article as a reference guide: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Please post a reply below if you have any other QBO concerns. I'm always here ready to lend you a hand. Have a good one.
