I can't generate a VAT return and QB says I am connected to HMRC and elsewhere it says I am not connected to HMRC! Can somebody help me please?

I'm having a similar problem - the submit to HMRC 'button' has disappeared, it is only giving me the option to submit with a spreadsheet.

Please can you ring  the helpline on 0808 234 5337 the lines are open mon to fri 8am til 7pm and if you give them your vat registration number they will be able to have a look in the system to see what is happening for you if there is any error messages or what obligations are showing for you.
