Let's get this working so you can run payroll, I-kanthan.

Though cache is a component that boosts browser's background processes, it can also cause issues when piled up. Hence, you encounter issues when running payroll. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related issues:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your account. Private browsers use but don't store cache.
  2. If you can download the bank transactions successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. You can also use other supported browsers. Each of them uses different cache.

If the same thing happens when you run payroll, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. They can review your account and provide further troubleshooting steps.

While you're at it, you can use this link about payroll in QuickBooks Online: QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll Hub.
