Question

I connected PaySuite to Quickbooks in March. I'm now trying to run payroll and the Employers menu choice doesn't work. If I look for PaySuite in MyApps its not there.

Let's perform some steps to get PaySuite working, gm20.

It's possible your browser's cache data is full of frequently-accessed page resources or damaged. This prevents you from running payroll or the PaySuite is not showing on the My Apps page.

To better isolate this issue, let's try accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or incognito window to check if this is a browser issue or not.

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, try running payroll in PaySuite again.

If it works, clear your browser's cache to delete those temporarily stored files. Then, clear the Intuit-specific cookies to refresh website preferences on your program. Just proceed to Step 2: Clear Intuit-specific cookies from your browser section in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to be thorough.
