Hi there, simon48.

 

I can share some tips on how you can change your access rights.

 

You can coordinate with your master/company admin to edit your permissions. This way, you'll be able to access the Payroll menu. Please have them follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks as company admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Manage users.
  3. Find the user you want to edit, then click Edit from the Action column.
  4. In the User type drop-down menu, select Standard user.
  5. Under the How much access do you want this user to have? section, tick the All radio button.
  6. Make sure to select the Payroll access checkbox, then edit the other user settings as needed.
  7. Select Save to complete the process.

Once done, sign out and then sign in again into QuickBooks Online to see the updates.
