I have a situation where all my staff are holiday pay all of January as we close. can I do 4 individual pay runs next week and submit

Hi Pennygate, thanks for joining the QB Community!

 

You can create this at any point, however, if you run a monthly payroll, you would need to wait until on or after the 6th Jan to submit this to fall into the bracket for tax month 10 (6th Jan - 5th Feb). When running the payroll, simply remove the regular earnings line and replace this with the holiday payment category that you have set up. You would only run and submit one pay run for all employees. 🙂
