Question

I have added 3 new employees. Input all the data but QBO says Incomplete next to all of them. I have not done it wrong. Is it because they have to log in first?

Can we ask is it standard or advanced payroll you are using? 

 

Have you double checked all the information is filled in, in all sections? 

 

Can you try logging out of your account and back in again does it still say that they are incomplete?

I solved it.  I had not put in any pay from previous employers (because none of them had any).
