I have an employee who is due SSP but it is not getting paid?

Glad to have you here on the Community page, @alancowden55.

 

You have to change your employee's basic pay to zero so it'll calculate the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) correctly.

 

To change it:

 

  1. Click on Employees at the left pane.
  2. Select the name of the employee.
  3. Hit on the pencil icon, beside the Employment details section.
  4. Zero out the amount under the Pay rate column.
  5. Tap on Save.
