I have been connected for over a year with HMRC, now I am receiving a notice to TAKE ACTION. I have authorised QBs again but I still cannot submit my return?

For now, you may try to clear your browser's cache to see if this is a data-related issue that is causing you not to be able to submit your return.

 

If the error is still stopping you to submit your return, I'd recommend contacting our support team, here's how:

 

  1. In the QuickBooks Online select ? Help.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern such as "Not able to file for a return and getting a notice from HMRC."
  4. Choose how you want to connect to us and follow the on-screen details to connect with one of our live agents.
