I have finished off 2019/20 payroll, and got P60s etc, all been submitted, but it wont let me do a pay run for this week in new tax year 2020/21. Any suggestions

Are you using Standard payroll? If so let us know our engineers have identified an issue and they are fixing this on an individual basis. We can add your company to the escalation to get this fixed for you.

Yes Im using the online standard payroll

As mentioned by my colleague @EmmaM there's an ongoing investigation we're some users are unable to process their payroll. Rest assured our engineering team is working diligently to fix this as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and be notified via email once this is resolved.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.
