Question

I'm trying to run Payroll on Paysuite today. Scheduled to Migrate to the new payroll next week. I get to the migration and download page, but I can't get past that!

It could be a full cache in your browser that is causing the problem. That's why you're unable to get past on the migration process. I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest using another supported browser as alternatives. This way, you'll able to confirm if you get the same result.
