I'm trying to submit my VAT. I've just become MTD enabled after going through HMRC process. however, QB now it says blocked. Does anyone have any ideas how I can do it?

Let me share some details about the Blocked status on the VAT return page.

This issue has already been reported to our engineers (INV-30683), and they’re currently working on getting it functioning back to normal. While waiting for the fix, we’ll have to add the company to the notification list of affected users.
