On chat today I was told that QB will do a "Data request Recovery".
Not massively impressed the data was deleted but at least it should resolve the problem.

Since QuickBooks changed your payroll to the new app, all of your payroll records will be excluded. Before migrating from Paysuite you should have been advised to download the payslips. However you are correct we can arrange a data retrieval so you can download that information. This would need to be done through our phone support team. Their contact number is 08082345337.
