I need some information from self employed account now I am using online account but it’s asking me to re subscribe

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure to share details on how subscription works on QuickBooks.

It could be that your QuickBooks Self Employed subscription has expired. That's the reason why it's asking you to resubscribe your account. To confirm this, I suggest going to the  Billing info page and you'll see the status of your subscription from there. Also, you'll have to review your billing info if it has the correct billing details.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear/Profile icon at the upper-right corner. 
2. Choose Billing info.
3. Click View options and verify your billing information and the status. 

Additionally, please note that we hold on to your accounting info for one year even your subscription or account is canceled. That said, you still have access and can get any details within the specific period I mentioned.

If everything looks fine as expected and you still getting a message to resubscribe, a cache full of history and temp files can cause unexpected behaviors, such as receiving the message. With this, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser (incognito). This way, it confirms if the cache is the cause and disables it from saving your browsing data.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

• For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as alternatives.
