This doesn't work as the P60 is incorrectly formatted so doesn't print as a single A4 page.
Good day, @SteveNVP.
I recommend downloading the P60 from QuickBooks Online. Then, make sure to align the form in the Print settings using a PDF reader.
If you're using Standard Payroll, you'd want to make sure to run your payroll before downloading the P60.
Here's how:
- Run and approve your final payroll (Week 52 or Month 12) as usual.
- At the point of submitting your FPS, ensure you have the “Is this your final pay period for the current tax year?” box checked.
- Submit FPS and complete your end-of-the-year declaration.
- Download your P60s using the P60 Report option.
- You can advance your payroll into the new tax year.
If you're using Advance payroll, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Employees or Payroll menu.
- Select Reports once the tax year has been completed.
- Locate the P60 report.
You can read through this article for more details about the process: Generate P60s.
