So are you closing the payroll down? Can we ask are you using Standard payroll or Advanced payroll? 

Here is some information on both. 

So if it is standard payroll you have in Quickbooks, you will need the P32 to inform HMRC of the last date anything was submitted for NI and PAYE this link has more information for you. Also to remind you that standard payroll only creates the EPS from the 5th to the 19th if you need it you will need the basic tools to inform HMRC that you are ceasing the payroll and you need the figures off the P32 for the last payrun done in Quickbooks. 

If you have advanced payroll you can do it in the reports section and the EPS submission and you can submit the final EPS and close down the payroll from there.
