I run payroll for several clients. Is the payroll bureau the way to go? How does this work please

Hi. I intend to run both weekly and monthly payroll for my clients. I will have between 6-10 clients at one time requiring a payroll.

Most of my clients have between 1-5 employees each. My biggest client has between 20-30 employees at different times throughout the year.
