Question

I seem to have gaps in the tracking of my movements. I’ve got tracking from early audits then nothing until today. Can I reload that info or is it just lost

To troubleshoot issues with the mileage tracker in QuickBooks Online, please refer to our community guide

 

If the trips don't resume auto-tracking after completing these steps, please get back to us below with the version that you're using (iOS or Android). 

 

In cases where trips have not been recorded, these will need to be entered manually. Here's how:

 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online in a web browser.
2. Go to Apps and select Mileage.
3. Select Add trip.
4. Add the trip date, starting and ending locations, distance, and the purpose.
5. Select the vehicle you used.
6. Select Save.
