I seem to no longer be able to connect my starling account is there an issue?

Doing bank activities without challenges is relevant in operating your business in QuickBooks Online. So far, there are no issues with the Starling bank account.

 

Since you're unable to connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online, you can manually upload your transactions in the meantime. For your reference, check out this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

Besides, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Live Support Team. They have the tools to investigate your account, know the reasons for your bank issues, and can create a case if necessary.

 

To contact support:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Select Help (?).
2. Select Assistant or Talk to human.
3. Search or select Contact Us.
4. Start a chat with a support expert.
