I set up payroll to pay myself weekly no option for my personal bank details so now quickbooks is showing a balance less than my business account. how do I resolve this?

Im new to QB and payroll, my QB balance is showing a balance that my pay has come out, but there was no option to add my bank details so I didn't receive this payment last Friday. If I don't sort this it will happen again this week. Am I being completely stupid or is there a simple explaination?

To isolate the issue, I'd like to make sure this isn't a problem with the browser. I recommend clearing the cache, since it can sometimes become full of older data, potentially causing viewing errors in QuickBooks Online. Clearing the cache will allow you to work with a clean slate and resolve errors like this. If the same problem occurs, try using a different browser. This can be an issue with the browser that you use and QuickBooks.
