I tried to file a CIS return through QB but it has been rejected and now I filed them through HMRC website, but they still show rejected in QB. Can I change the status?

You would need to ring the helpline on 0808 234 5337 and then you can set up a screen share with the agent and they can get all the information for your rejected cis to then do an unfile request for you, once it has been unfiled then you will be able to mark as filed, so they then dont show as rejected for you anymore on your Quickbooks account.
