I know a way to get these tasks done in QuickBooks, jmplastering87.
I have two ways to change the name of your account. The first option is by logging in to your Intuit Account. Then, change the name under Personal info.

The second option is under About you in your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon at the top.
- Under About you column, select Intuit Account.
- Go to Personal Info section, then click Edit on the name.
- Enter your business name and hit Save.
In adding a payroll subscription, I'd suggest checking out different QuickBooks Online plans to choose the best option for you. If you wish to transfer subscriptions you can convert your file to QuickBooks Online. Before proceeding, please note that we can't go back to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
