I want to run payroll every 4 weeks. Next payment date will be 23rd August and every 4 weeks there after. The software only allows weekly or monthly pay run's?

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!
It sounds like you are using the Standard Payroll in which currently you can have a weekly or monthly payroll schedule - you will need to be moved to our Advanced system to run a 4 weekly payroll. You can do this by contacting our support line via 0808 234 5337. They will be able to raise this to the engineers to get you switched over.
