I would like confirmation of how long a refund will take for the 2 accs I have (one of which was only set up for 3hrs). A further payment has been taken on one of these

Generally it is within 14 days. Once the refund is requested it has to be authorised by a manager and then processed by the billing team and then allocated to your bank.When was the refund put in for you?When you mentioned the account which a further payment had been taken from,is this an account you  had cancelled?
