Thanks for visiting the Community today. We have received reports about a specific error when submitting the FPS. It would be great if you can tell me the exact error message you've encountered as this would help me verify if it's part of the investigation?

 

If you're not receiving any error, it could be that you're experiencing a browser-related issue that can be fixed by clearing the cache. 

 

To confirm, let's start by using an incognito window. I'd recommend using Google Chrome as the main browser, then press these keys together, CTRL+SHIFT+N.  

 

If you're able to submit the FPS successfully, go back to the main browser and follow the steps to clear the cache. If the issue persists, try using another updated, supported browser such as FirefoxSafari, or Microsoft Edge.
