Question

IF I am self employed and my pay is run through PAYE and I am on the payroll. Then when I receive a payment it gets posted to directors salary whats the correct P&L show

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Since you're into payroll. You can set up and create an expense account and categorise it as either wages and owner withdrawal.   

 

Though I still suggest reaching out to your Accountant for the suggestion to prevent any discrepancy in your account when categorizing it.
