Import employees from Xero UK

Hi, I can't manage to import employees from Xero UK.

Is it even possible or did I miss something?

I can import customers without any issue though.

Many thanks

Wert

Hello Community Users, We just wanted to pop in and clarify Tsheets are now  Quickbooks Time. With Quickbooks Time yes you can using the integration link import and export into Xero and Sage on the feature addon(In the left menu, go to Feature Add-ons > Manage Add-ons and scroll down) in this case you would choose the option for Xero. Any questions on this let us know

Thanks for reaching out on the Community Page, @wertlondon.

For now, the option to import employees from Xero UK to TSheets is unavailable in the program. You can only import Customers/Contacts, Inventory, Items, and Categories, depending on your preferences.

In the meantime, you can manually enter your employee's information in your Tsheets accounts. Here's how:

  1. Go to My Team and select + Add.
  2. Enter their information, and choose Worker as a role.
  3. If you'd like an invitation to be sent to the team member(s), enter their email address(es) and/or mobile number(s), and select Email or Text.
  4. Select Add Team Member(s).

I can see how this option would be helpful for you and your business. Therefore, let me take note of this as a suggestion to improve your QuickBooks experience.

You can also visit our Firm of the Future site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.

Just tag my name in the comment section if you have any other concerns or questions with regards to TSheets. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Stay safe.
